FinMapper collects account, billing, support, and modelling data so users can save plans, receive invoices, and manage their subscription.
Data we collect
- Account details: name, email, login metadata
- Financial modelling data entered by the user
- Billing records from Stripe
- Support and CRM interactions
- Device, browser, and usage events needed for security and analytics
Why we process it
- To provide the FinMapper service
- To maintain security and fraud protection
- To support billing, complaints, refunds, exports, and deletion requests
- To improve the product and customer support

Sharing
FinMapper uses processors including Supabase for application data and Stripe for payments. Data is only shared with service providers needed to operate the platform.
Retention
Personal data is retained while an account remains active, then deleted or anonymised according to the retention policy. Billing records may be retained for up to 6 years for HMRC and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of your data.
