What happens next
1. We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days.
2. We investigate the issue and keep a case record.
3. We aim to resolve complaints within 8 weeks.
4. If we need more time, we will explain why and what happens next.

Records
Complaints are logged in the CRM with timestamps, responses, and resolution notes.
