Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Users may cancel their subscription from the account page. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Data retention after cancellation Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation unless a deletion request is submitted earlier.

Refund requests Refund requests can be submitted from the account page. FinMapper reviews each request case-by-case based on usage, timing, technical issues, and applicable consumer law.

Refund timescales Refund requests are acknowledged promptly and normally reviewed within 5 working days.
